How long will it take for my garden room to be completed?Once you have approved the design of your new garden room, we will agree on a convenient installation date and commence production in our workshop. When on-site, subject to design, and weather permitting, we aim to hand over the keys to your new garden room within 15 - 20 working days.
-
Can my garden room be attached to the house?Your garden room is an independent building and cannot be attached to your house. We usually recommend you leave a tolerance for guttering and maintenance, but we can also work with small spaces. We will discuss and advise on this during our free site survey.
-
Will my garden room be fully insulated?Yes. Your garden room will be fully insulated with a combination of premium performance PIR board and Rockwool insulation as standard. This makes it perfect for year-round use and a great way to add space to your home. The lower the U-value, the lower the heat loss. Our U-values for the floor, roof and walls have been measured from 0.23 to 0.34 to guarantee a high level of thermal resistance.
-
Are garden rooms expensive to heat?Your garden room will be fully insulated and double-glazed. How much it costs to heat your garden room will depend on the size of the garden room, type of heating you choose, and how often you intend to use it. We will discuss the options with you at the site survey.

What is the average cost of your garden rooms?Costs vary depending on the materials you decide to use and the complexity of the build.
